Cameron Young’s appreciation for Arnold Palmer has come full-cycle since he was a boy.
Cameron Young now has an award to show off as a reward for his successful rookie season on the PGA Tour. Young, named the 2022 PGA TOUR rookie of the year, won the Arnold Palmer Award on Wednesday.
The 22-year-old had a breakout performance at the BMW Championship. He fired rounds of 69-67-66-68 to finish third at Conway Farms. His final round score matched his career best and put him into contention for a spot in the FedEx Cup playoffs.
